Tell the story of Desmond T. Doss (Andrew Garfield), a doctor of US soldiers who refused to carry any weapon of war, because of the belief that he embraced. In the battle of Okinawa in World War II era, Desmond managed to evacuate 75 soldiers, alone, and without a single bullet he fired. Doss became one - the only soldier who never took up arms during the second world war. In addition, he became the first to claim their right to not fully follow the orders of the military in the history of the United States, which was awarded top honors American soldiers, the Medal of Honor.
