GREEN STREET Hooligans tells of a journalism student named Matt Buckner (Elijah Wood). Matt should be expelled from Harvard after his room found no drugs. Though the drug has his roommate Jeremy Van Holden (Terence Jay). But he did not dare to fight Jeremy who had bribe.
Then Matt was visiting his sister who named Shannon who lives in England with her husband named Steve and his son, Ben. When Matt was there, he met with Steve sahabtnya named Pete. Pete is a thug who always arrange fights that occur between football supporters. Then Pete was asked Steve to take Matt to a football game.
Pete also took Matt to a football game. Matt was warmly welcomed by all the hooligans except Bovver which is trust Pete. After the game is finished, Pete along with the other also planned to fight the opposing team's supporters are a fan Brimingham ball. But Matt decided to go home. But when he was on his way home, fans Brimingham three people attacked Matt. Matt was rescued by some people from the GSE.
One day Matt fight with Steve and he chose to move to his home Pete. Then Matt and Pete were getting closer and sharing our stories with each other. One day Steve stabbed in the neck by Tommy Hatcher is the mortal enemy of the GSE. Seteve was immediately rushed to hospital. Steve Shannon's wife also decided to return to the United States for the sake of his safety. After the incident there was a big battle - the amount of GSE with nemesis Millwall. Then finally the fight was stopped after Pete's death.
